Returned items must have not been worn, altered or washed, and must be returned with all tags attached. Simply contact us via email to organize a full refund or exchange for a product of equal value. Please provide your order number details when contacting us to verify the date of purchase. We do not cover the costs of shipping on the return of items, or the shipping costs on dispatch of exchange products.

PRODUCT DEFECTS
We maintain stringent quality control processes on all our FYF products, however should you detect any issue with the manufacturing quality of our products we will gladly offer a full refund or product exchange upon assessment of the problem. A manufacturing defect should not be confused with general wear and tear. We recommend you contact us via email first to inform us of the defect, whereby we will assess the issue prior to organising a full refund or exchange for a product of equal value. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping but ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail. Free shipping is offered on the replacement product should an exchange be requested.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED ?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
